A straight planning approval was granted by Exmoor National Park Authority for a two storey side extension to be located on a semi-detached modern cottage. The traditional design was chosen to blend in with the existing dwelling and includes a simple dormer window on the front elevation. A balcony on the rear elevation will provide views over the terraced rear garden.
The extension at ground floor level will provide a kitchen and breakfast area with large glazed doors to link in with the existing patio. The first floor accommodation will provide the existing master bedroom with an en-suite and dressing room.
